The UN-Water Summit on Groundwater took place on 7 and 8 December 2022 at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris, France, as a hybrid meeting, with pre-Summit events on 6 December 2022.
Main messages from the Summit will be conveyed to the United Nations 2023 Water Conference to be held in New York on 22-24 March 2023, with the aim of raising the crucial importance of groundwater.
